Getting paid what you're worth whether you are working as an employee or freelancer can be a tricky thing. Getting this right or wrong you might just end up striking a deal that doesn't work for you, and that will lead to bad business. It will also have you work more hours that you should have instead of experiencing greater freedom and a more lucrative income.
Recently one of our participants actually had this experience. He agreed to lower his usual rate as the client was offering to give him regular and steady business. The relationship went sour as it was a bad deal for him and didn't work out.
